Richard’s Professional Experience

Richard’s experience as a corporate (bank & insurance) executive supports his efforts to help his clients maximize their potential, even as they clarify and retain focus on their goals in ever changing environments.

His 30+ years of experience balancing his personal life style with his executive responsibilities positions him to coach clients managing life’s twists and turns.

Education

Richard holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from Brown University. He also holds a Certificate in Coaching from Columbia University in 2018.

Personal Life & Community Involvement

Richard is a widowed father of 3 adult children: Jared, Sarah and Allena. He has served on the boards of the Hartford Housing Authority, The Hotchkiss School, the Hartford City Ballet, and the Hartford Economic Development Authority.
